We adhere to the Children's Homes Regulations and best practice guidance and follow the requirements set out in schedule 2 of the regulations.
Once you start using our temporary staff we have found that many of the homes are continually needing to hire additional staff members into their core teams.
Using a reputable agency is a recognised way of 'try before you buy' recruitment solution. If you indicate to us that you would like to hire the agency worker then it is a simple process. You complete your interview and compliance checks. Once completed the worker continues under the agency until an agreed number of 'agency hours' is met then the worker will seamlessly transfer onto the client books thus completing their 'temp to perm' process
