Absolute Care started off with a simple idea: to improve the temporary recruitment experience for locally based Children's homes throughout the region. To deliver a service that enabled us to support home managers in their mission attract and retain top talent an to ensure compliance.
We continue that mission and rather than take a 'bum's on seats' approach we tend to hire experienced workers who have some knowledge of the residential market place and understands what it is to be an outstanding residential support worker.
Compliance is a vital part of our process and for clients to have the knowledge and belief that we are doing things right.
We adhere to the Children's Homes Regulations and best practice guidance and follow the requirements set out in schedule 2 of the regulations.
TEMP TO PERM
Once you start using our temporary staff we have found that many of the homes are continually needing to hire additional staff members into their core teams.
Using a reputable agency is a recognised way of 'try before you buy' recruitment solution. If you indicate to us that you would like to hire the agency worker then it is a simple process. You complete your interview and compliance checks. Once completed the worker continues under the agency until an agreed number of 'agency hours' is met then the worker will seamlessly transfer onto the client books thus completing their 'temp to perm' process
PERMANENT RECRUITMENT
We are happy to consider taking on mid to senior level permanent hiring assignments from clients.
We have a strong background in search and retained services. Depending on client needs and expectations we are happy to consider each assignment on a case by case basis for any senior leadership role within the Health and Social Care sector.
